With the theme of this year’s TNHS exhibition being good living spaces, it was a good opportunity for Taiwa to present some of our unique contributions to good living environments and to collaborate with our design and industry partners to complement their presentations using our sheet metal fabrication skills.
Industrial sheet metal fabrication inspires a unique mobile display system
Workbench carts of the type used in industrial sheet metal fabrication were the inspiration for a mobile display system that created a unique balance between the exhibition aesthetic and functional practicality. Combining high quality metal crafting skills with a modular, logical systems approach, we built effective, attractive presentation units for a wide range of exhibitors.

Collaboration creates sculptural sheet metal iconography for a leading grill manufacturer
Taiwa worked with O-Grill, a leading manufacturer of gas grills and barbecues to build a sculptural installation for their display at the Taiwan Good Living Spaces Exhibition 2026. The use of rocket styling and building tapered, faceted, stainless steel structures appeared to ‘launch’ the grills prominently on display.
Highly reflective, mirror polished finishes to the sheet metal surfaces combined with the multi-faceted sheet metal fabrication of the display base presented a flickering, changing reflective surface to passing visitors, giving the impression of lightness and modulation of visual expression that is similar to the exhaust plume of an ascending rocket.

A coffee roasting sheet metal fabrication case study designed for good living spaces
Our Nonagon coffee roasting system, shown above, is more than just a way to roast coffee beans. The drum of the Nonagon manual coffee roaster became the centerpiece of an art installation at the exhibition. From the very beginning of conceptual design we wanted to make something that would combine aesthetic elegance with life-long durability, functionality and efficiency. The result is a case study in design for good living spaces, which is one of the reasons it was featured at this exhibition.

Nine-sided sheet metal fabrication demonstrates mastery of form & function
An exercise in sheet metal perfection, the nine-sided coffee roasting drum and range of nine-sided accessories have a complexity that has to be created using a combination of the latest sheet metal cutting and forming technologies with the hands-on experience and attention to detail of human operators and engineers.
Logical sheet metal cutting & folding stages lead to elegant results
Visitors to the exhibition were able to experience the luxurious look and feel of the polished stainless steel surfaces and could rotate the coffee roasting drum to understand the simple mechanical practicalities of roasting coffee by hand to get exactly the results that you want. We presented the set of components used to make the nine-sided coffee scoop to show visitors the logical sequence of apparently simple cutting and folding stages that create such elegant results.
